Loving Polish Arabian gelding for on-site leasing at Fairwind Farm, Santa Rosa, CA! Bert is a 14 year-old bay gelding who began as an endurance horse and is now doing beginners dressage. He has an amazing personality, and is full of energy, and is attentive to his rider. We mainly do beginners dressage work, though he also loves to go out on the trails around the property. He is smart and enjoys a challenge, but he also loves hacking out around the property or in the arena. Requires an intermediate+ female rider, who knows how to safely groom, tack up and ride in an arena, possibly with multiple other riders present. I will be going off to college in the fall and am looking for a partial lessor to start this summer and hopefully continue on throughout the year. Bert would be a great partner for a teenager who wants to gain experience on a dressage horse or an adult amateur with riding experience looking for a horse who loves his job! All tack and feed provided. Looking for someone to lease for 3-4 days per week for the summer and could possibly turn into full time in the Fall. Full time is $750/month, part time is $400/month. This would be a 6 month lease at a time, paid monthly with a one month minimum trial period. Lessons required with on-site trainfer (seperate fee).
