Any lawyer who will start a class action against LG for Kenmore refrigerators that have their compressor inside ? Girard Sharp sued LG for their branded refrigerators that had 10 year warranted compressors fail. It was for LG branded refrigerators manufactured between Jan. 1, 2014, and Dec. 31, 2017. There was no opt in for Kenmore refrigerator owners who had the same problems. I bought a Sears Kenmore Elite ( which has an LG compressor inside ). Several Sears Kenmore models were made by LG. Purchased 06/25/2017. I have a receipt. Stopped working 02/14/2022, less than five years. All Sears tries to do is sell me a maintenance agreement and wont repair it. Would you be willing to sue on behalf of Kenmore owners ?
