The Barre Code Third Ward & City Lights Brewing present a 50 minute Barre & Brews outdoor class at City Lights Brewing Co. on Saturday, June 18th at 10:00 am. Join us on the patio for a Barre class followed by a refreshing pint of craft beer from the tap room. Tickets are $20 per person and include one regular beer. Get ready to sweat, shake and burn and enjoy some of MKE's finest brews! Barre: Lengthen and strengthen your muscles during this 50-minute, full-body workout. Incorporating the best of Barre, this cornerstone class will push you to challenge both the body and mind while focusing on working each muscle group to fatigue. Work through dynamic, full-range movements alongside targeted, isometrics. Helpful Tips: Please bring your own YOGA MAT! Arrive 5-10 minutes early for check in/mat set up.
