Come and Celebrate the 4th of July with the Community of Hilbert. For more than 50 years the Hilbert Fire Department has been sponsoring a parade in association with a community picnic and fireworks display. This year’s picnic, co-sponsored with the Hilbert Lions, includes music by Nettle Hill (Modern Country), Conscious Pilot (Classic Rock), and American Platinum, who will perform up to the start of the fireworks display. The amazing fireworks display is sponsored by the Village Hearthstone restaurant, and includes pyrotechnic contributions by several locals, including retired and active members of the fire department.
