Come celebrate summer with a journey through Napa hosted by Chef Patrick of Plat Du Jour. Each guest will be greeted by a glass of sparkling wine and light appetizers followed by a 4-course dinner paired with some of Chef Patrick's favorite Napa Valley wines.
First Course: Gazpacho, Chilled Shrimp, Avocado Relish w/ Grgich Hills Sauvignon Blanc
Second Course: Grilled Peach and Burrata Salad, Baby Arugula, Prosciutto, Pistachios, Honey-Balsamic Vinaigrette w/ Stag's Leap Chardonnay
Third Course: Veal Meatball, Creamy Parmesan Polenta, Crushed Tomato Confit, and Garlicky Broccolini w/ Ramey Claret Napa
Fourth Course: Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee w/ Far Niente Dolce
