NEEDED ASAP Commercial Janitorial Comapany in need of a Part-time Day Porter to take care of a commercial building in Downtown Sarasota. $15.00 per hour Hours are currently 5 hours per day. 9am - 2:30pm Mon - Friday Could turn into full time as occupancy increases. Responsibilities Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Carry out cleaning tasks and special requests as needed Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Main duty would be Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the other employees Follow all OSHA regulations Proven working experience as a janitor/porter Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently MUST BE ABLE TO PASS - FULL Background check
