Do not rent 499 Freeman Rd. Nw Palm Bay, FL 32907. The landlords name is Gilbert Desrosiers. This gentleman is the biggest slumlord I’ve ever seen in Florida. He does not live here he lives two hours away and makes tenants wait days in weeks to have something fixed. The roof was tarped for almost 6 months. I have personally seen the inside of the home very disgusting. There’s mold in the ceilings lots of damage to walls and other parts of the home. There is a water leak under the sink in the concrete. This man refuses to fix anything to tenants left due to negligence of him. I would take my money somewheres else and rent. The guy is 100% scam artist. I am just giving you the heads up because I know both tenants they are friends of mine. The last tenant has over 60 pictures of the inside of the home since he moved in. Be aware
