Coaching Dreams Into Success believes in the Responsible Fathers of Florida. So we are going to help Fathers ACE the challenges they face, celebrate the work they do, and share strategies on moving from Good to Great. Our three prong approach "ACE" is the secret sauce. Access - We are going to introduce Fathers to career opportunities. Coaching - We are going to share some of our best strategies of being a Great Father.Encouragement - We are going to celebrate the effort, work and sacrifices Fathers make.Friday evening 6 pm - 9 pm is a celebration for the Fathers and their children. It's a party with the Fathers and their children. Food, Music and Fun! Saturday 9 am - 3 pm is dedicated to providing Fathers with Coaching on some of the toughest topics we face and providing access to opportunities that could be life changing. Morning coaching sessions, lunch, townhall panel discussion, and opportunities to talk with people for career opportunities.
