Calling all food vendors! Join the Hattiesburg Jaycees in partnership with Fairley's Wings & More for the 2nd annual Taste of the South Food Truck Fest. Vendor registration is now open for food trucks and tents. Vendors must comply with the City of Hattiesburg food vendor policies and registration process. All vendors will be checked day of event for compliance by the Fire Marshall. City of Hattiesburg Ordinance, https://www.hattiesburgms.com/wp-content/uploads/food_truck_ordinance_3286.pdf Vendors must supply all of their own supplies. No water hook-ups are available. Power hook-up can be secured for an additional fee. Please purchase a "power hook-up" add-on at the time of registration.Vendors will not be allowed to sell beverages of any type without prior written approval from event organizers. Requests can be sent to, [email protected]. Absolutely no vendors will be allowed to sell alcohol no exceptions. Only food vendors are being accepted at this timeAny vendor not registered by September 23, 2022 at 5 PM CST will not be included in the lineup or allowed to participate in the event day of. Registrations are only being accepted via Eventbrite and must be paid in full prior to Friday, September 23, 2022, at 5 PM CST. All fully registered vendors will receive an email by September 28 confirming their registration and giving any details.Food vendors are responsible for appropriately registering their setup, any vendor who does not register in the correct category will not be allowed to participate in the event and will forfeit their registration feeRegistration fees include your spot for the event, social media feature of your business leading up to the event on the Hattiesburg Jaycees social media (if you submit your logo, bio, and menu)Vendor registration is on a first-come, first serve basis. A limited number of spots are available. A maximum of three similar vendors will be accepted in each food category. Vendor Tax ID# required to participate A pre-event session will be held with vendors, event organizers, and the City Fire Marshall, attendance is not required but is strongly encouraged. Details will be sent out via email to anyone fully registered. All registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable The Taste of the South Food Truck Festival is rain or shine. If there is severe weather, the event will be rescheduled for a later date.Event organizers have the right to refuse any food vendorPlease allow up to three (3) business days for inqury responses.
