In need of a detail-focused individual to facilitate a 6-hour event. Responsibilities include: - Attendance to a 6-hour event - Coordination with the house staff, entertainment, and vendors to ensure a seamless presentation throughout the different progressions in the program events of the day - Strict focus to timelines to ensure event progresses as planned - Anticipation of the itinerary in terms of what goes next, prompting host, speakers, house staff, or entertainment that they will be up “next” and knowing what that means (ie house sound system and mics vs Bluetooth for music, props for games) - Ensure house staff know the itinerary and will switch the sound system to the appropriate setting for each speaker - Focus on specific vip guests to ensure they have everything they need, and to get it for them if not - Bring plates of food and handle drink orders for vip guests, and see that they are taken care of - Answering any questions, if a guest asks about anything from where is the restroom to when is cake served, or if there is a problem or issue let me know immediately so I can fix it - You must have a car or transportation to and from the event What is not required - You don’t have to bring lunch, this will be provided - 99% of vendor coordination is complete, you will not be sourcing vendors - Apart from a phone consult with myself/interview process, there will be little to no work before the day of the event besides familiarizing yourself with the itinerary Potential for additional compensation (tbd) - Picking up and delivering cake - Picking up and delivering flowers - Driving guests to and from the event - Taking photos during certain times of the event Please provide resume.
