This class will certify you to use rent the USU Extension freeze dryer so you can preserve the foods of your choice. Please contact Cindy at [email protected] or 385-268-6538 if you have any questions. The first three people to sign up will a free bag of freeze-dried strawberries that is all ready sealed up and ready to go in a mylar bag. You must attend the class to receive your prize.
