The Ares Games Party of 4 is an all-day, high-intensity adult TEAM CrossFit competition involving two male and two female athletes competing in one exciting, adrenaline-filled, day! This event will take place on Saturday, August 13th at CrossFit Elizabethtown located inside the Bluegrass Sportsplex. •$300 per team •Early Registration $250 ends on June 15 (Code: CFE50) •Registration will close on August 1st (OR) when we reach 25 teams per division. We always aim for quality over quantity. We do expect each division to fill up quick, so register soon to claim your spot to one of THE BEST competition around! •FREE T-shirts & swag bag for all registered teams and competing athletes. Each swag bag will be filled with products from our premier sponsors; LMNT Electrolyte Drink Mix, Barebells Protein Bars, Primo Chalk, Thumbs up tape, Shifty's Seasonings, Born Primitive, NOCCO Energy drinks, and more. ---------- RX Team Winners 1st $10002nd $5003rd $300+additional prizes from event sponsors Scaled Team Winners 1st $5002nd $3003rd $150+additional prizes from event sponsors DAY OF THE EVENT Athlete Check-in is from 7:30-8:30am.Please bring an ID for Athlete Check-in.Waivers are to be filled out upon check-in.Athlete Meeting will be at 9:00am.Event 1 kicks off at 9:30am.There is a designated athlete section which will be on COURT 2•CrossFit Elizabethtown is located inside Bluegrass Sportplex which is a 103,000 sqft facility therefore, there is plenty of room for you and your team to hang out. However, please feel free to bring tents and chairs if you wish to have a spot outside. •There will be a live DJ adding to the electric atmosphere and viewing areas for any family & friends who want to come & watch you throw down! •$5 Spectator fee •FREE parking. There is plenty of parking available at the Sportsplex and the building next to us. •We will have a warm-up area for your convenience. There will be equipment for you to use during your warm-up. We suggest if you have any specific equipment that you need to warm up with, please bring it (just in case it's not available at our box.) •No refunds or transfers available. If you sign-up for this event, please be advised that we will not be able to refund any monies collected. If you partner/partners are unable to participate, you have until the day before the competition to substitute your partner. •We have tons of great vendors and food trucks coming. There’s also food, drinks, and alcohol available for purchase at the Sportsplex. •NO OUTSIDE alcohol allowed, however, alcohol is available for purchase at the Sportsplex. •WODs will be released weekly on our website, social media accounts, and emailed for those who signed up for our newsletter (@thearesgames) starting June 25th.
