Join me for a morning Walking Meditation & yoga practice along the Genesee river! We will begin with some mindful movement and continue with a short meditation before walking along the river path & boardwalk. We will pause along the way for light yoga and then stop for a longer meditation.
No meditation or yoga experience is required. Bring a smile and open heart.
What to wear: No yoga mat is needed. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing that allows for movement. Please bring a towel to sit on.
Where to meet: We will gather at the Port of Rochester near Bill Gray's at the waters edge.
