This tech should be able to do the below with little to no supervision: 1. Painting 2. Basic plumbing 3. Basic electrical 4. Basic HVAC (Such as installing hydronic heat covers, changing filters, etc.) 5. Needs to speak fluent English (bilingual is a plus) Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm (- 1 hr unpaid lunch) All candidates require a background/drug check.
