HELP! Severely abused/tortured kitten found

I walked by this vehicle and found this kitten. It looks like half her or his face is missing and her right eye is smaller than the other one. Severely malnourished, filthy, and yet it trusted me to let it feed it and now it's in my home. I'm the epitome of the little lady with 100 cats that's my future but I can't this is out of my realm. Can anybody help me with what to do with this cat or maybe donate some food. It needs a bath like beyond words. Someone really beat the s*** out of this cat. Thank you
