The specs of the current offering we are looking to fill: General Tasks: Lawn care/landscaping Groundskeeping Painting Basic & preventative maintenance Apartment renovation tasks General cleaning Trash pickup Shoveling Heavy lifting Must have's: Phone Reliable transportation Driver's license Pride in their work Ability to work at supervisor direction and complete assigned tasks independently or with a team Workplace environment: You will be working in and around multi-family buildings in Manchester, NH.
