Hope all is well. We are a full service Home Improvement Company. Fully Licensed, Bonded and Insured in Maryland. We are seriously looking for a handyman that enjoys doing small to medium jobs. We have a lot of jobs coming in that range anywhere from 1x1 drywall patches up to entire house renovations starting with demo. Job Types: -Drywall repair, patch and new construction, including taping, sanding and painting -Framing new walls and repairs -Decks, fences patios and more -Small roof repairs and installs -Small siding repairs and installs -Installing of doors and repairing of doors and framing -Window Installs and repairs -Concrete installs and repairs This position is completely open and if hired and can fulfill the positions needs that person will quickly be moved to project manager in charge of running our teams and assisting with hiring. Requirements: -Must have own tools and equipment(we will pay for all material for jobs/projects) -Must have drivers licenses and own transportation -Much have at least 5 years worth of experience in the industry -Must be able to lift 50 pounds plus -Must be willing to sometimes drive up to 1 1/2 hour for work The candidate must be able to be up early to grab material for jobs and transport them to the property.
