I'm partnering with Free Spirit Yacht Cruises to bring you this unique experience for your Sunday morning & Father's Day! Spend one of the 1st Sunday mornings of summer taking in the glorious Lake Michigan and Chicago Skyline. I will guide you through a 60 min gentle yoga practice at the harbor getting grounded, calm, and centered before we hop on the yacht for a 2 hour cruise. We will provide mimosas and kombucha, along with light snacks. Feel free to bring your own drinks or snacks of choice. Bring a mat, sunscreen, and water. Fathers, Families, All Genders, Ages, and Levels welcome! *Please arrive by 9:45 at the entrance to the harbor so that we can get to our yoga location and start class promptly at 10.
