I am hiring for all level Technicians in the Nashville TN area for work in a HUGE data center. Basic Duties: (vary depending on skill) Support data center activities, including hardware installs/repairs, configurations, and troubleshooting Ensure proper implementation and closure of all assigned IT tickets within data center safe times Maintain, install, and remove data center fiber and copper cabling Properly dispose of and manage IT media Route, Label, Dress, Terminate, Troubleshoot copper cable Installing cable pathways (j hooks, racks, trays etc) Ensure QA checks are completed At least 1 year of IT data center support experience preferred but open to all eager applicants Experience installing racks, connecting power, installing Ethernet, fiber and console cabling, terminating copper, and proper labeling is a plus Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting and comfortable working in a fast-paced data center environment preferred Strong working knowledge of physical IT infrastructures a plus Must have tool knowledge and take direction well Keywords: cable installation, data center, Structure, Catv, Access, Telecommunication, Cabling, Cat5, cat6, Cable pulling, cable puller, cable tech, cable installation, data center, Structure, Catv, Access, Telecommunication, Socket sets, Wrenches, Plyers, channel locks, Screwdrivers, needle-nose players, installing cabinets, cable trays, ladder racks, running fiber, pulling cable, installing containment, and installing trunks
