The Fourth of July Commission and Commission for Citizens with Disabilities of the Village of Hoffman Estates is pleased to sponsor free carnival rides for citizens of Hoffman Estates, Hanover Township, and its neighboring communities on Saturday July 2 between the hours of 10:00 am - 12:00 pm on the Northwest Fourthfest festival grounds. The family member with disabilities, their siblings and parents/guardians or support worker are invited to participate.
