On July 9, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. join us for an invigorating morning of cardio kickboxing at the Northside Library's patio, presented by iLovekickboxing Campbell! Get ready to move, sweat, and have some fun while you put some momentum into those punches and kicks to the rhythm of the music and instructors!
For 45 minutes iLovekickboxing Campbell's instructors will have you doing a 10 minute warmup (ex: jumping jacks, squats, pushups, sit-ups and other variations of leg, abs, and arm exercises) and about 30 minutes of bag rounds. So expect to get your heart pumping for a good workout.
Make sure to bring a yoga mat, water, a towel, and comfortable clothes as you will need them. You may also bring gloves for some extra arm weight, and/or light weights to use during the bag rounds.
Due to class size and spacing RSVPs will be capped at 30 registrants. This event is for adults 18+.
