$25 to buy a SIM card, activate and post it

It can be from anywhere in WY (or even the US). All I need is someone to buy a local SIM card, activate it, test that it receives calls/SMS and post the SIM card to Europe. The mobile operator needs to work as roaming abroad the US. The mail costs + SIM card purchase costs would be reimbursed, plus the $25 for the work. Payment done through PayPal after I send a text to confirm the number is active + a photo of the mail-posting receipt + SIM card purchase receipt.
