Clean for use Swimming pool without emptying

Older swimming pool needs cleaned and put in use. Filter is working, but has been sitting not in use for 90+ days. Drained and cleaned about 1 rear ago, was working good for last tenant who kept it up for a while and then let it go and was evicted for non payment. Green and full of leaves and algea for 90 days+. Shocked it twice since then, but never followed up and brought it back. Too busy. Now have new. tenant not necessarily available when I am to work on it. I need help. I want someone to skim and scoop all organic matter from pool, refill with water about a foot low, in evening add shock and floating clorinater with 3 inch tabs, Filter 12 hrs daily, clean skimmer twice daily. skim surface and scoop bottom again. Clean filter and repeat. shock, 1 gal clearall/ageacide. I will pay when pool is clear, tested and useable. I estimate 5 days working 2 hours average daily. inexperienced will take longer. You should have pool or experience. About 15 lbs shock, 1 gallon algeacide I have 3 inch tabs. It's a sand filter so maybe some pool sand. Call 281-202-4161
