Update: I-84 Crash In Danbury Cleared

DANBURY, CT — A two-vehicle wreck on Interstate 84 in Danbury impacted motorists there Saturday afternoon, state officials said. By 3:28 p.m. Saturday, however, the crash was cleared, according to the state Department of Transportation's Twitter feed. According to the DOT, the crash happened on I-84 westbound between exits 8 and 7. As a result of the accident, initially reported at 2:51 p.m., the right and center lanes of the interstate were closed, authorities said. For the full DOT traffic report, visit this link.
