Description

Participants will learn the use of fire extinguishers and get information to help them learn about ABC’s of fire extinguishers and how to perform visual inspections when having to make a split-second decision on whether to attempt to fight a fire or call 911. Training will also include: how to spot fire hazards how to access 911 system changes to our community 911 procedures1 contact hour awarded to participants. Facilitated by Elizabeth City Fire Department All participants in the training need to register with their email addresses. If your Center Director is registering on your behalf, that is acceptable, but for pre/post reasons please sign up with individual email addresses. Certificates will be emailed to participants after the session IF they are in the meeting the entire time and actively participated throughout.
