Good shape but could use a vacuuming. You will need a truck and two people as we are unable to lift or assist with loading. Approx 9 feet by 9 feet. 3 pieces that come apart for moving and reattach.  Outdoor pick up Clarksville/River Hill. Note: At one time we had a cat who slept on the sofa.  Will go to first person who can pick up. Cash, Venmo, Zelle or Pay Pal.  Cross posted.  Happy to hold until you pick up if you have paid for it.
