This is the second in our "Tunes & Shrooms" community gatherings at Winding Brook Farms - Mushrooms & More.
Natalie Burningham, MT-BC of Health Beat Therapies will lead us to the fun. She has facilitated drumming groups as a music therapist in Utah for over 12 years and can help the least experienced blend with the most experienced players.
All instruments will be provided or you can bring your own. No musical experience is necessary to have fun. All ages are welcome although this group will cater to teens and adults. Individual tickets are required for ages 13 and up.
Part of the proceeds from this gathering will be donated to DRUMSTRONG, a global organization that raises funds for cancer /awareness worldwide.
Extra Information for your visit - You can arrive at the farm as early as five-thirty in the evening (5:30 pm). Hold harmless waivers will need to be signed by all guests who have not visited the farm before. Areas for parking will be designated with orange cones. Bring munchies and nibbles to share. There will be various seating areas available around the venue or if you prefer bring a blanket and your own basket of treats to enjoy. When the event starts we will be sitting in a circle together. Keep in mind that this is an outdoor event so water, bug spray, and sure-footed walking attire are a must. In case of rain, this event will be re-scheduled for a later date.
