Our reunion is finally here, and we want to celebrate with one another! Join us on Saturday, September 3 from 7 pm to 11 pm at the Cascade Lounge in Andrews, SC. Our theme is "Casino Night". Friday - Meet and Greet: 7:00pm -9:00pm (Buzz's Roost) Saturday - Reunion Night: 7:00pm - 11:00pm (Cascade Lounge) Things to Note: These tickets are non-refundable. Payments plans (via PayPal,Cashapp, Venmo) are available. Your ticket(s) will cover your admission, dinner, non-alcoholic & alcoholic drinks, and music. The attire for the evening is formal (dress to impress/casino night theme) NO children will be allowed at the Saturday event. Must have a printed or digital copy of your ticket in order to enter the venue space. The deadline for purchasing tickets is Monday, August 15th. After that, tickets will be sold at the door for $100. Make sure you secure your seat(s) now! FAQs What exactly am I paying for to attend the Reunion Weekend? First and foremost, the reunion committee wants to be as transparent as possible when it comes to finances. A brief rundown of what your expenses your ticket covers is food, beverages, building rents, entertainment (DJ), reunion merchandise, etc. If anyone would like more details, please reach out. The cost of the reunion is a little much for me to shell out at one time, can I set up payment installments? Yes, installment payments are available. The initial payment is $25 for each person (graduates and guests). From there, one of our committee members will be in contact with you to set up payment dates with you. Installment payments can be made through paypal, cash app, or venmo. An invoice will be emailed to you with your current balance due. What is the deadline to confirm attendance to the reunion? The deadline to confirm attendance to the reunion is July 31, 2022. This is done either through the installment ticket choices, or through paying your ticket in full. Full payments are due no later August 15, 2022. Are kids allowed at the Reunion Night ? Children are not allowed at the Saturday event. However, you can bring your children to Friday's meet and greet. Can my classmate be my guest ticket? Very creative, this will not be allowed. All AHS 2012 graduates will be required to purchase their own respective ticket. Are there any Friday night activites? Yes, we wil host a reunion meet and greet from 7:00 pm - 9:00pm at Buzz's Roost. 911 Front St, Georgetown, SC 29440. This is optional and will be a self-pay event.
