A local power project with the objective of shifting economic, social, political, and material conditions for black communities within the Fayetteville Municipality. The source of inspiration to take action on these objectives, in the near future, is the Fayetteville Police Accountability Task Force (also known as Fayetteville P.A.C.T.) We have observed the conditions of disadvantaged peoples for many years and our mission it is to work with local leaders, both governmental and non-governmental, to alleviate a deteriorating situation for those affected persons. Approach: This concept will have three phases, the recommended approach is completion of one after the other (best practice) or concurrently depending on the executionary organization/agency; identify key areas where disadvantaged persons (DPs) live in lack of infrastructure (which further demeans the Quality of Life (QOL).
