FREEHOLD, N.J.— In Monmouth County, Tuesday's Republican primary election is contested, both for the office of Monmouth County Sheriff and for two seats on the Board of County Commissioners. For the two, three-year terms on the Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners, Daniel Francisco and Steven L. Rich, America First Republicans, are challenging incumbents Thomas "Tom" Arnone and Dominick "Nick" DiRocco, both supported by the Monmouth County Republican Organization. Kristal Dias and Bonnie Kass-Viola, both on the Monmouth County Democrats line, are running unopposed in the Democratic primary for county commissioner. The primary election is Tuesday, June 7.
