Saw a black backpack or purse fly off a car at the beginning of the Richmond San Rafael Bridge eastbound 06/04 approx 4pm. It could have come off a black 4 door sedan style car. Bag tumbled multiple times under 3-4 vehicles and contents spilled all over lane and tiny shoulder along Barrier wall. Passed by the bag a few minutes ago, it's still there. Saw glasses and keys nearby wall.
