Seeking Loving Nanny and Family Asst - 20hrs/week

Hi! We are looking for an awesome nanny and family assistant to help us over the summer (and potentially long term). The job entails being with the kids half the time and the other half helping with a variety of things around the house. We need someone part time, about 20 hours/week. We are flexible on the days and times, but schedule includes some evening (until about 7pm) and weekend hours. We have 2 kiddos - and 11yo boy and 6yo girl. Our older son is diagnosed with Autism and ADHD, so experience with special needs kids is helpful but not required. He is sweet, very sensitive, and a lot of fun, but gets easily frustrated and anxious. Our younger daughter is silly, playful and super sweet. You will be doing a lot of playing with each kiddo, helping them with projects, making meals, and sometimes transporting them to activities. Household tasks include light housecleaning, laundry, errands, online shopping, household organizing etc. We are looking for someone who is warm with a lot patience and kindness. No two days look alike in our house requiring someone who is easy going and very adaptable as things fluctuate. You will be working closely with me to manage what's needed for the kids and our household each day, so we're looking for someone who is organized, proactive and ready to jump in wherever needed!
