Entrepreneurs, come kick it with us! It is our great pleasure to invite you to the "1st Annual” Shirley Flowers Be Encouraged Foundation Pop up Shop, Summertime Edition! We have curated this event to provide a home for small business owners in the community, network, promote your products/ services and offer exposure to the amazing brands that are you! This fundraiser is to help in our mission in Building Senior Communications throughout Allegheny County. As we Connect the Dots With our Senior Technology Labs that's "On the Go" we will be Helping bridge the gap between our Senior Citizen Communities and Technology. We are holding our 1st Annual Shirley Flowers Be Encouraged Foundation Fundraiser to do just that! We all have seniors within our families and it’s our responsibility to teach them as they teached us. When: Sunday, June 12, 2022 Where: Hillcrest S.D.A Church Vendor Fees (non-refundable): Prime Vendor: $100| Central Point: $75| Food Vendors: $130 | Surrounding Point: $50 * We accept 1 Paparazzi Disclaimers: Vendors must provide their own table, chairs and set up. We do have an add on option for a selected few. Weather: This is an outdoor event, we may experience incliment weather. If conditions are too harsh, the event will be postponed. Refund Policy: TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. This event is completely free to the public! We are here to support our black owned small businesses within Allegheny County, our Historical Landmark and Raise Money for a Great Cause. Over 30 vending spaces will be provided for businesses and food vendors. * Set up time is from 9:30am - 11:00am for food vendors. *SPECIAL FOOD SALE REQUIREMENTS: WE ASK THAT NO PORK BE COOKED OR SOLD ON THE PROPERTY. Set up will be 10am - 11am Clean Up & Break Down will be 3pm - 4pm Please make sure you can stay through the entire event. You Can’t Break Down Your Vending Space Until The Event Is Complete. No cars will be allowed on the parking lot to set up or breakdown after the allotted times described above.
