Renovation help needed

Making renovations on unoccupied apartment Monday thru Wed. Location is downtown by Prisma Health Complex. Need an extra person to perform some sheetrock finishing (sanding/skimming), trim painting, install shoe moulding on floors, some clean-up, etc. Must be experienced and able to do quality work. Not looking for someone to learn on the job pls. (-: Materials provided and I have all tools needed. Pay is $20/hr cash. Can also become a longer term job as I have lots of upcoming work.
