Stella is: Beautiful, female, Champagne color, Spayed, house broken, 44 lbs., 3 years old, great with brushing and grooming, & Very Sweet. We are devastated to have to part with our dog, but with the demands of our baby we aren't able to meet her needs. She has epilepsy and requires medicine twice a day to avoid seizures. When she is given her medicine consistently she doesn't have seizures often or at all. It is only when we are inconsistent with her medicine that she will have a seizure/s. The medicine can make her a little more sleepy than normal but it hasn't affected her personality. Our schedule with the baby hasn't allowed us to meet her needs. She deserves better than we are able to offer at this time. We have her medicine for 4-5 months. She just had her heart worm shot in May which is good for a year. We have her flea/tick medicine for 5 months. She's had a full blood analysis, thyroid panel, and a checkup from a neurologist. She is perfectly healthy other than her idiopathic epilepsy. We did all this testing at no sparing of expense to see if there was a cure or reason outside of it simply being epilepsy. She is the life and energy in our family and she will likely be that for you too.
