Description

Every other month Chattanooga Faith + Work + Culture (CFWC) will be hosting Lunch + Learn events for working professionals in the Chattanooga area to engage. Our 2022-23 Lunch + Learn theme is Re-Imagining Work. The last two years have caused us all to re-evaluate how we define meaningful work. CFWC desires to provide a space for earnest believers to wrestle with what meaningful work looks like in their context and how the gospel informs the decisions, actions, and mindset we bring to the office. In our first event we will explore what it means to Re-Imagine Company Culture with a gospel lens. We are honored to have Dr. Will Jackson and Mr. Dustin Koehl as panelists for this important discussion. Both men have been in roles where they have been asked to steward the direction of large teams. This inevitably involves culture shaping for a large number of employees. We hope you will join in for this important event as we imagine together how our personal faith in Christ can shape the direction of an organization. William L. Jackson Jr., MD, MBA, serves as President and Chief Executive Officer for Erlanger Health System. In his current role, the seasoned healthcare executive oversees one of the largest public health systems in the United States. Before joining Erlanger in 2015, Dr. Jackson served as Chief Medical Officer for Alexandria Hospital and Associate System Chief Medical Officer for Clinical Effectiveness for Inova Health System. Dustin Koehl is the Senior Vice President of OTR & Variant Operations. Dustin has also been involved with the American Trucking Association. From 2016 to 2018, he acted as the board’s Communications Chair and was appointed to a 2-year term on the American Transportation Research Institute’s Research Advisory Committee. Most recently, in 2021, he was asked to become Vice Chair of the autonomous truck sub-committee. He is currently responsible for serving a team of 2500 USX & Variant OTR Drivers, 300 Operations Staff, 12,000 Enterprise Trailers and National Terminal Network to support $2 Billion Annual Revenues.
