I found a gentleman's wallet that had its contents scattered in the street. There is a lot of personal info; drivers licenses (2), EBT card and etc. The name on both IDs is John Henry Lee III, however the addresses for the IDs differ. One is a Quincy address and the other is Oroville. If you know this man or you are him, please contact me! I will organize your items as best I can back into your wallet, if there was any cash inside it was gone when I found everything.
