GLENVIEW, IL — Glenview residents looking for some outdoor family entertainment on Friday are invited for some movie viewing under the stars as part of summer series of events sponsored by the Glenview Park District. The park system will sponsor an outdoor movie night from 8:30 – 11 p.m. Friday that will feature the Oscar Award-winning Disney film "Encanto", which will be shown on the Glenview Public Library's blow-up screen in Jackman Park. All ages are welcome, and visitors are encouraged to bring blankets or chairs to the park, which is located at 1930 Prairie St. in Glenview. In case of inclement weather, the movie will be moved indoors to the Glenview Public Library's community room.
