Hello, I am seeking a small shop space I can practice my welding art in an industrial like shop or garage. I am interested in making furniture, ornamental iron art and railing design. Prefer to be independent but will consider working with and even training the right individual. I can pay for the space but prefer equal and fair barter in exchange.
