One spot open. Let me know if you're interested. My name is Laura and I have a Registered Child Care with the state of TX. I have 14+years experience as a child care teacher. I worked in North Carolina as a Lead Teacher for a NAEYC Accredited Learning Center. I provide affordable day care, a loving and safe home environment, and lots of fun for children. Our daily activities include: Multicultural activities Circle Time, songs, and flannel board stories Outside Fun, which includes a sand box, water table, sensory table, climbing, chalk painting, etc. weather permitting Breakfast, morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack Nap time Expressive Dance Play dough, finger painting, water colors. etc. Low ratios to maintain a high quality of care with lots of one-on-one time. Active play encourage motor skills. Age-appropriate games to encourage learning socially. Music time- learning to mimic and move together, dancing Curriculum as the children grow- letters, numbers, colors, shapes, image recognition, etc. Crafts- starting about 18 months to 2 years, depending on readiness There is never a dull moment at my house and I have parents that can also give you positive feedback as well. Usually the children I keep are in no hurry to go home...there's just too much fun to be had at my house. I do have pets, but they are enclosed while children are at my house.
