Avila Bay Athletic Club & Spa is looking for a team player that is excited to be part of a happy culture. This includes a positive attitude and working with a smile. The position is 5 shifts per week. We need a night janitor to close 2 nights per week, generally 3:30pm-12:00am. The nights are generally Monday and Tuesday, but if you really needed different nights, we could talk about that. They are 8 hour shifts with some flexibility on the times. You are alone for several hours a night, and we have wild critters (raccoons mostly) on the property sometimes. It is also a very physical job that requires lifting up to 50 lbs. The other 3 shifts are daytime opening as a housekeeper. Since the full time job is a combination of different shifts, we will be flexible in putting together the days and times.
The work includes cleaning of bathrooms, showers, floors, windows, etc. Applicant must have janitorial experience, with commercial work being preferred. We have fun though - no day is ever the same as another.
A full club membership is included with this position. Full time positions come with full benefits, including health insurance.
