Jones Construction is hiring for the current roofing season Shinglers, Laborers, and Crew Leaders. Experienced Shinglers start at $18-20/hr up-to $30/hr based on time in field and quality of work. Laborer's $15/hr with experience paid up-to $18/hr with a Ground Foreman position available starting @$18/hr plus bonuses. This is a 1099/weekly paid (Friday) position with bonuses offered wkly for job performance/attendance/ eagerness to learn and teach/ and for referring any new hired employee. Bonuses for holidays and time off, (xmas in July doubled @xmas or reversed depending on start date) $paid$ time off after 6 month+ work, bday pay, and eligible for w2 after 1year continued work. Tools, gift cards, work attire, cash all considered bonuses depending on purpose. Paid drive time to job sites daily, $300$-500 bonus for attendance during first two weeks and 1st month of work.
