Derek long neglected my ball python the whole two weeks he had her. She came back to me with untreated burn marks on her body and an insane amount of stuck shed on her face and eye caps. Please don’t use reptile innovations EVER. Flag ALL HIS POST !! He is NOT helping animals. He made me pay 100 dollars for a snake he severely neglected and did absolutely nothing for.
