A commercial cleaning team of 4-5 cleaners for SALEM area. Great opportunity for a small family business or existing cleaning team of 4 - 5 people. 3 Sites all in the Salem area within a few miles from each other. The schedule is 7days week starting at midnight. *Please DO NOT reply unless you have a team of at least 4 people* Sites details: - 831 Lancaster Dr NE, Salem (approx 40,000 sq ft) - 365 Lancaster Dr SE, Salem (approx 35,000 sq ft) - 501 Marion St NE, Salem (approx 29,000 sq ft) Mon – Thurs will be light days Fri – Sun – will be slightly longer Vacuuming floors inside theatres/hallways, mopping lobby entrance and servicing restrooms are the main responsibilities. - $11,000/month - All cleaning chemicals will be provided - Must have own equipment (vacuums, flat mops, mop buckets, etc).
