On the other hand, we would love to find a horticulture student or other plant nerd dedicated to a career in gardening who would start out part time but after a year of training move into an Gardening Apprentice role where we train you to supervise job sites and eventually start your own business or help us manage our company. This is how the owner/head gardener of our company started and we would love to give back to our community by providing that opportunity to others. This is the perfect role for either someone who wants a career in gardening or for a parent, retiree, or student who doesn't want to garden full time but loves getting their fingers in the dirt a couple days a week and continuously learning more about plants while earning PT income.
