Remodeling company seeking _ part time skilled worker

I'm an owner operated of small remodeling company. I'm looking for a someone who is a skilled remodeler. This is a part time postion with 25 hours a week on average Apply only if you have all the Requirements: -MUST know how to mask/paint using brush and roller -MUST be able to paint by yourself without any supervision -MUST be comfortable with using a ladder up to 32' -MUST be able to lift 60lbs or more when needed Responsibilities / duties may include, but are not limited to: - Mask/Sand/Paint/Drywall (you must be able to do this without any supervision) - Perform bathroom demo, floor demo, wall, etc... - Assist in installing various building materials - Use hand tools/power tools to cut and shape materials per instructions - Load and unload equipment and materials from vehicle - Clean construction sites after work each day - Perform other duties as assigned Additional Information: - Wage $27/ per hour or DOE We are an Equal Employment Opportunity company.
