looking for part time babysitter

We are looking for a responsible young person who is available part time on Saturdays and/or Sundays for 3 h (it will not happen every weekends, we can discuss based on your availability) to be with our son. The job would entail taking him to the playground, no house chores. NO playing with the phone or checking your social media account, including no posting of photos of our child. Sadly we see this all the time with other babysitters. We would like someone fun, responsible, dynamic who truly like spending time with children.
