carpenter/laborer needed

Looking for a carpenter/ laborer to work on residential remodels in the Sacramento and surrounding areas. We have been doing construction in sacramento for 40+ years and supply a steady work environment for an individual who is looking to work hard and has some integrity in their craftsmanship. You dont have to be a master level carpenter by any means but must have the ability to learn fast and think on your feet. I can speak a small amount of spanish but it is preferred that the individual can speak atleast a small amount of english so we can communicate well. Individual must have reliable transportation and atleast a halfway decent set of tools tape measure, chalk line, tools bags, speed square, skillsaw, sawzall etc. Must know how to read a tape measure and have good work ethic. We work every week throughout the year as we have a steady supply of work mon-fri generally 7-3:30 but on occasion with older home owner we will start at 8. Compensation is $20-25 an hour I'd prefer to find the right person who is useful and start out at $25/hr but that will depend on the individual. Could potentially be more money available for the right person who can allow me to leave site at times to bid more jobs for exponential growth we need reliable hard working individuals.
