Hello, I am a single woman looking for a low cost smaller breed puppy(mixes ok) might be open to medium size. I do live in an apartment so I would want to make sure they would be comfortable. I would be adopting him/her as an emotional support animal. No chihuahuas No pugs No dachshund Thank you
