Description
Did a wonderful round of slow cooking to jump-start June's healthy eating:
- 10-ish portions of a gorgeous, improvised three bean chili
- Two pots of an Egyptian / North African veggie stew
- Baked Ziti for a crowd!
Along with a couple loaves of sourdough and a bunch of rice.
Get all this done, and wonder why I am craving a Reuben... Back to the drawing board, I guess.
